6.5mm Grendel SAAMI Rougher Chamber Reamer – Premium Pilot w/ Screw | HSS & Carbide

Our 6.5mm Grendel SAAMI Rougher Chamber Reamer is designed for efficient material removal during the initial chambering process, creating a precise and consistent foundation prior to final finishing. Each reamer is individually hand-stoned to ensure smooth, chatter-free cutting and reliable performance.

Manufactured to SAAMI specifications (or custom specifications upon request), this rougher reamer meets current industry standards for gunsmiths, barrel makers, and precision rifle builders working with 6.5mm Grendel cartridges.

All HSS (High-Speed Steel) reamers feature a 3/8" square drive shank, while carbide reamers utilize a .4375" cylindrical shank. Square drive can be added to carbide upon request.

Premium construction includes a removable pilot secured with a screw for precise bore alignment. Each reamer is supplied with one nominal bore diameter bushing for proper fit and stability during cutting.
