FFL Transfer & Firearm Purchase Policy

 

Please confirm that your selected receiving FFL dealer will accept a firearm transfer from Cal Shooting Supplies. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the receiving FFL and ensure they send a valid, signed copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) to us.

When placing your order, please include the following in the “Comments” section:

  • The FFL’s business or trade name (exactly as it appears on the license)

  • City and State of the FFL

If your FFL has previously received shipments from us, you may enter:
“FFL on file” along with the FFL’s name (must still be current and valid).

Processing Requirements
All orders will be processed and held until all required FFL documentation has been received and verified by Cal Shooting Supplies.

Shipping Policy

  • Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped in the same package

  • If both are purchased in one order, they will ship separately

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

​

Sales & Return Policy (Firearms)

  • All firearm sales are final (no returns accepted)

  • If a customer is denied during the background check at the receiving FFL and the firearm must be returned:

    • A 20% restocking fee will be applied

    • A $50 paperwork/processing fee will be charged

    • Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund​
