The ARC Mausingfield Action is engineered and manufactured in the USA around the familiar Remington 700 footprint, combining broad component compatibility with a highly refined bolt and feeding system.
Its interchangeable bolt-head design supports multiple caliber configurations, while an 83-degree bolt throw provides additional optic clearance. Toroidal locking lugs, a bolt-lug guide rail, dual cocking cams, and a controlled-round-feed system work together to provide smooth, consistent operation throughout the bolt cycle.
The action incorporates an integral recoil lug and Picatinny rail, eliminating separate mounting hardware while maintaining a rigid receiver structure. A Mauser-style claw extractor and Springfield-style inertial ejector complete the action's controlled-feed architecture.
Machined from hardened steel and finished in black nitride, the Mausingfield is built as a durable foundation for precision, hunting, and competition-oriented rifle configurations.

Receiver Configuration
Open Top configurations support BDL-style bottom metal and applicable magazine-box configurations.
Closed Top configurations are designed around AICS-style magazines through a Remington 700-style magazine well and do not support BDL bottom metal. Long-action versions support CIP-length magazines.
