The Bumblebee Short Action combines aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum with hardened 4140 chromoly steel to deliver a lightweight receiver without sacrificing structural rigidity. At approximately 23 oz, the action is 12.2 oz lighter than the comparable VR and TR platforms while incorporating the recoil lug, Picatinny rail, and mounting hardware directly into the design.

A Type III hard-anodized, Teflon-coated action body works with a black-nitride bolt, firing pin, and bolt shroud to provide smooth operation, reduced friction, and durable surface protection.

An integral 20 MOA Picatinny rail comes standard, with multiple mounting positions to accommodate a range of optic setups and eye-relief requirements.
