This HOWA Superlite pairs the .308 Win chambering with an ultralight Stocky’s carbon-fiber stock, creating a purpose-built hunting configuration around HOWA’s proven bolt-action platform.
The carbon-fiber stock features a dark green/gray camouflage treatment with textured web-style detailing and a traditional sporter profile. The rifle itself is identified as a Superlite configuration rated at approximately 4 lb 7 oz, giving it a distinctly lightweight profile compared with a standard HOWA 1500 configuration. HOWA documentation identifies Stocky’s as the manufacturer of the Superlite carbon-fiber stock.
The rifle is fitted with HOWA’s HACT two-stage trigger, a flush-fit detachable magazine, and a receiver-mounted one-piece Picatinny rail. The Superlite platform uses a lightweight threaded barrel configuration while retaining the familiar forged-bolt HOWA action.
