The PTG Twisted Shrapnel Short Action is a precision-machined steel action built around the familiar Remington 700-style footprint, combining a refined custom-action architecture with a distinctive spiral-ground receiver and bolt.

A Tikka-style ejection port gives the receiver a clean profile and generous loading clearance, while an extended magazine well accommodates compatible Wyatt Outdoors extended magazine boxes. An enlarged primary extraction camming surface and #8 scope-base mounting further refine the platform for hunting and competition-oriented builds.

Each action is paired with a one-piece spiral-ground PPG bolt, blueprinted to the receiver and fitted with a threaded bolt handle. A compatible recoil lug and Stiller Picatinny-style rail complete the action package.
