The Stiller TAC 300 is a proven starting point for a custom precision rifle, whether you’re building for tactical competition or long-range hunting. The receiver is bead-blasted 416R stainless steel with a Remington 700 footprint, so it fits most stocks with a Rem 700 inlet. A factory-length magazine cut accepts standard BDL bottom metal.
The one-piece bolt is fluted on top and sides and finished in black nitride, with a straight handle and a large knob threaded 5/16"-24 so you can swap in your preferred knob. Tenon threads are cut with a single-point boring bar and indexed to top center of the action for a precise, consistent barrel fit.
