The Stiller Wombat is a lightweight precision bolt action built around a distinctive skeletonized stainless-steel receiver. Weighing approximately 23 ounces, the Wombat removes unnecessary receiver mass while maintaining the close machining tolerances associated with Stiller actions.
This configuration uses a right-hand bolt and repeater receiver. Its in-house-manufactured two-lug bolt uses a three-piece construction that separates the bolt body, handle, and knob, allowing the handle and knob configuration to be tailored without replacing the complete bolt assembly.
The receiver uses 1.0625-16 TPI UN-3B barrel tenon threads, single-point machined and indexed to the top centerline of the action for controlled barrel orientation and consistent fitment across compatible Stiller configurations.
