Freedom Benchrest – Short Range brings shooters and range owners together through simplicity, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence. The organization is built on mentorship, shared knowledge, and making sure every member’s voice matters — especially the next generation of competitive shooters.

We’re especially proud because Lou Murdica — owner of Cal Shooting Supplies — competes as part of the Freedom Benchrest SR community.

Lou recently secured the California State 4-Gun Benchrest Championship with an incredible Grand Aggregate of 0.1805, including:

🥇 1st Place – Unlimited Class (100 yards)

🥇 1st Place – Unlimited Class (200 yards)

🏅 4th Place – Heavy Varmint
