The Weatherby TAC M307 is a short-action receiver designed as a precision-focused foundation for custom rifle builds. Based around Weatherby’s Model 307 architecture, the TAC configuration combines a clean cylindrical receiver with a Stiller-style one-piece bolt assembly and the compatibility expected from a modern Remington 700-pattern action.
The complete action package includes the TAC M307 receiver, spiral-fluted bolt assembly, recoil lug, and your choice of 0 MOA or 20 MOA Picatinny rail. An oversized, knurled bolt knob provides a positive interface, while the externally mounted bolt release keeps the receiver profile clean and straightforward.
Finished in black with prominent TAC M307 / Weatherby Sheridan, WY USA receiver markings, this configuration provides a purpose-built starting point for a custom precision rifle.
